We ship livestock with care using insulated packaging and seasonal heat/cool protection when needed.
Shipping notes
- Orders are packed to reduce stress during transit.
- We typically ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
- Local pickup in Sunnyvale is available (contact us to schedule).
Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA)
If there is a DOA issue, contact us within 2 hours of marked delivery.
Include:
- Clear photo of unopened bag(s)
- 2. Clear photo of shipping label

- Claims submitted after the window may not be eligible.
Resolution
- Approved claims may receive replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
