 We ship livestock with care using insulated packaging and seasonal heat/cool protection when needed. 

Shipping notes

  • Orders are packed to reduce stress during transit.
  • We typically ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
  • Local pickup in Sunnyvale is available (contact us to schedule).                                      

                                                                                                         

 Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA)

If there is a DOA issue, contact us within 2 hours of marked delivery.

Include:

  1. Clear photo of unopened bag(s)
  2. 2. Clear photo of shipping label
  3. 3. Brief description of the issue
    Claims submitted after the window may not be eligible.                                                

  Resolution

  • Approved claims may receive replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Delays caused by carrier, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or missed delivery may affect guarantee eligibility.
